Application link improvements

The following application link improvements have been made:

• Two new settings SkipDocTypesDialog and SkipSelectionDialog have been added to the MS Outlook link configuration to suppress the display of the attachment document type and attachment selection dialogs when saving attachments in a vault.
• When an email message or attachment is saved in a vault, the MS Outlook link now checks whether a document with the same name exists. If one exists, the link also checks that the files are identical. If they are identical, the import is aborted. If they are not identical, the user is prompted to replace the content of the existing document.
• The MS Outlook link now allows document type and destination folder selection for individual email messages when storing them in a vault.
